The Linkto C72 Device application shows that the Tags are being Scanned but the LinkTo Desktop application does not display the tag. |
The Bluetooth connectivity between the C72 device and the Desktop application has been lost or disconnected. |
Open the Settings screen in the LinkTo for C72 Desktop application, and access the Bluetooth screen from the navigation menu.
Click the Refresh button to start scanning the devices. Select the name of the device and click the Connect button.
The selected device drop-down will show as Connected. |
The Bluetooth screen of LinkTo desktop does not show any devices available for connection |
The LinkTo C72 Device Application may not be open. |
Make sure that the LinkTo C72 Device Application is running on the device. Next reopen the LinkTo desktop and click Refresh button on the Discovery screen . |
Bluetooth Radio is not enabled on the C72 device. |
Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on the device and that the LinkTo Application is open on the device. Next reopen the LinkTo desktop and click Refresh button on the Discovery screen . |

LinkTo C72 Device application is open and Bluetooth is enabled on the device but I still cannot see the device in the Discovery List in the LinkTo Desktop application |
This is a known intermittent issue related to Bluetooth Pairing and connections between paired devices. |
Close the Settings screen in LinkTo Desktop application. Next re-open the Settings screen and and go to Bluetooth tab. You may need to click Refresh button on the Discovery screen. |
I was able to Pair and Connect to the C72 Device but the Selected Device dropdown still shows “Unknown” |

Exit the LinkTo for C72 Desktop application by doing a mouse rightclick on the Icon on the system tray and click “Exit”.
Then re-launch the LinkTo for C72 Desktop. The Bluetooth screen will now display the name of the device connected. |
