The Connect is designed to remain operational for extended hours and under normal operations. Your Connect should not require a reboot or shut down.
The Connect may be shut down using the hardware ‘Power Button’ at the rear of the Connect.
The Connect may be restarted or shut-down using the Connect interface.
- On a connected keyboard hold down the CTRL+ALT+DEL keyboard keys to access the Microsoft Windows ‘User Login screen’.
- Tap the Power icon on the bottom right hand corner of the screen
- Tap Shut Down or Restart
- If prompted “Users are currently logged in and may lose their work”, tap Shut down Anyway. The device should now shut down gracefully. The Connect Front Green LED will not be illuminated when the Connect has been Shut down.
