Reader is not displayed in the Connect Device – SensaLab Help Center

Possible Cause	Actions
The Reader may not be connected to the Connect.	Check the Reader cable (RS232: USB to Serial Cable) is securely connected to the Connect USB port and the Reader port.
Reader is not displayed in connected devices.	Disconnect the Reader USB cable from the Connect and Read Turn on Power for the Reader Wait a second or two for the radio circuitry to initialize/stabilize Plug in the USB cable to the Reader followed by the USB cable to the Connect Wait about a minute, the Reader device should display in the devices list.
The USB cable may be faulty.	Order a replacement cable.
The Reader may not be powered up.	Ensure the Reader Power cable is securely connected to the Reader and plugged into the power outlet. Caution Reader does not receive its power from Connect. It must be plugged into a power outlet.
